Refund policy

At INSBROW, we want you to love your flawless brow results. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. Returns Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene and safety standards for cosmetic tools and pigments, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, opened ink refills, used cleansing oils, or used brow stamps.

  1. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@insbrow.com with:

  2. Your Order Number (e.g., #INS1001)

  3. The reason for your return

  4. Photos or videos of the unopened items in their original packaging

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  1. Refunds Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

  1. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items) We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect variant. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@insbrow.com with proof of the damage, and we will ship out a brand new replacement package to you immediately at no extra cost.

  2. Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been pushed to our fulfillment system and processed, it can no longer be canceled.
